This stunning residence was constructed from the ground up, with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborating with Foxwood Development and Moment Design Architects, every aspect of the home was carefully crafted and thoughtfully designed.

Ou clients, hailing from Mexico, have a unique style that we have coined as Industrial-Chic. They have a taste for elegance and sparkle, blended with natural textures and materials. To achieve this look, we combined refined elements with rustic touches. For example, the sleek white oak custom millwork features the original knots in the wood, preserving its organic appeal. Antique mirrors were paired with textural wood pieces, and hammered metal furniture was juxtaposed against silky, luxurious textiles.

The floors boast wide planks of white oak, some arranged in a herringbone pattern for added visual interest. Custom metal and glass doors were specially crafted for the home, along with a bespoke wine room in the basement.
