Lauren and her team collaborated with JMD Builders on this full-scale renovation for a couple who were downsizing and relocating to a new neighborhood to be closer to family. Top priority for the project was for the home to ideal for entertaining—one that could comfortably host large gatherings while maintaining an intimate, elevated feel.

Inspired by the clients’ art collection, discerning eye, and appreciation for thoughtful design, the team reimagined the residence from the ground up. The home was fully gutted and architecturally refined to highlight a rich palette of luxurious materials, including raw silk wall coverings, silver-leaf finishes, and sumptuous exotic woods layered throughout.

Lauren custom-designed many of the furnishings, drawing on the clients’ love of depth, texture, and intricate detail—resulting in spaces that feel richly layered, intentional, and deeply personal.

The culmination is a home that balances grandeur and warmth—elegantly composed, artfully detailed, and designed to bring people together for sharing meaningful experiences.
