Transforming our clients’ high-rise residence, in one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic buildings, into a warm, luxurious retreat was both a joy and a study in precision. Every decision was guided by a singular goal: to create an elegant, comfortable home that enhances the breathtaking skyline views that abound from every angle.

Designed for a family of three as their second residence, the home was conceived as a seamless sanctuary for unwinding and sharing precious family time. Comfort and sophistication were paramount.

A smoky palette of inky blues, rich sepias, and deep plum introduced warmth and quiet drama, layered over striated greige wallcoverings and tailored architectural detailing. Each material was carefully curated to cultivate intimate, inviting moments while maintaining a refined, streamlined aesthetic.

In the primary suite, bronze glass-cloth walls, custom ombré drapery, and deep plum leather create a moody, enveloping escape- where every element was thoughtfully composed to complement the panoramic city views surrounding them.

The culmination is a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal-where quiet luxury, thoughtful design, and the rhythm of city living exist in perfect, peaceful harmony.
