In collaboration with Carr-Warner Architects and Fisher Builders, Lauren and her team undertook a comprehensive, full-gut renovation of a majestic historic five-story residence and coach house on Chicago’s prestigious Astor Street.

Working closely with both the architect, builder and client, Lauren and her team were deeply involved in every phase of construction prior to curating and furnishing the interiors.

Warm, transitional tones were layered throughout the home to create a refined yet inviting backdrop—one that beautifully showcases the client’s modern art and carefully curated collection of decor and accessories.

The result is a timeless residence where historic architecture and modern luxury coexist in perfect harmony.
