Perched above Lake Michigan with sweeping views of the Chicago skyline, this Gold Coast high-rise was thoughtfully renovated and redesigned by Lauren and her team in collaboration with Massey Hoffman Architects.

The transformation began with replacing the dated cherry-toned floors with wide-plank, whitewashed oak, setting the stage for a lighter, more sophisticated palette throughout.

The kitchen was meticulously tailored to optimize both form and function, featuring quartzite countertops chosen for their marble-like beauty and enduring practicality. These counters extend gracefully into the dining area, creating a seamless flow between spaces.

Every furnishing was carefully curated to embody modern elegance while maintaining visual clarity, allowing the client’s exceptional art collection—including a rare original Frank Lloyd Wright-stained glass panel—to take center stage.

The result is a refined, gallery-like residence where architecture, art, and design harmoniously and luxuriously coexist.
