This project with Hank Haff Builders and Scrafano Architects was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.  

It was a complete gut renovation of a three-bedroom condominium in one of the most iconic buildings on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. With sweeping views of both the lake and city skyline, the setting served as a breathtaking backdrop for this sophisticated modern retreat in the sky.

Our stylish clients envisioned a contemporary family home that balanced sleek design with warmth, comfort, and livability—especially for their children.

We began by establishing a clean, crisp architectural foundation to showcase their remarkable art collection, extending that refined aesthetic throughout the space.

The result is a luminous, modern sanctuary that feels both curated and deeply personal—elegant yet inviting, with a distinctly contemporary edge.
