Created for a stylish young family newly relocated from New York, this beautiful home reflects their love of clean lines and contemporary elegance.

The project entailed a comprehensive renovation of their Lincoln Park residence- a magical transformation. From the floors, which were carefully sanded and stained, to the freshly painted and thoughtfully furnished rooms. The kitchen, family room, primary suite, and primary bath were all reimagined with a sleek, modern and elegant sensibility incorporating a moody palette of smoky grays and cool blues to set the tone. And then, the kitchen’s high-gloss Italian lacquered cabinetry adds a layer of luxurious opulence to the home’s modern feel.

Throughout, a curated mix of materials creates a rich visual and tactile contrast. Natural marble and hand-selected stone surfaces introduce both texture and warmth, grounding the modern and elegant aesthetic.
