Lauren and her team were commissioned to reimagine the primary suite of this distinguished vintage residence through a complete gut renovation in collaboration with New Look Development.

A richly layered palette of soft blues, creamy neutrals, and sepia tones set the mood for a space that exudes warmth and understated glamour. The whitewashed oak-paneled floors were balanced with antique rugs, and carefully curated light fixtures were selected to infuse the rooms with a sense of refined drama and timeless elegance.

Equal attention was devoted to the his-and-her baths, where hand-plated antique bronze fixtures from Waterworks, Calcutta Gold marble, and blackened iron details create an atmosphere of unparalleled sophistication.

Thoughtful luxuries abound—from a hidden mirror-integrated television to marble inlay flooring that flows seamlessly into the lady of the house’s bespoke dressing suite. There, custom cabinetry was meticulously designed to showcase her extensive collection of jewelry, couture, and footwear—transforming functionality into pure luxury.
